About The Role
As a Senior Business Consultant at Seuss+, you will work directly with (start-up) biotech and pharma sponsors, helping them navigate vendor relationships, optimize trial execution, and compliance. You will play a key role in aligning sponsor needs with the right vendors, facilitating governance structures, and mitigating potential risks to keep clinical trials on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Strategy & Selection – Guide sponsors in identifying, evaluating, and selecting best-fit CROs and service providers for their clinical programs.
- Clinical Project Oversight – Support sponsors in managing vendor performance, ensuring milestones are met, and implementing governance frameworks.
- Contract Negotiation – Assist in structuring agreements such as MSAs and Work Orders to ensure clear expectations, cost efficiencies, and compliance.
- Quality & Compliance Support – Help sponsors establish lean, inspection-ready Quality Management Systems (QMS) and adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering strong sponsor-vendor relationships to enhance clinical trial success.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Clinical Project Management as Clinical PM or Lead CRA/ CTM, vendor oversight, or outsourcing within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in stakeholder management, leading projects and budget management related to vendor and sponsor relationships.
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.
